Position Overview

We are seeking experienced and dynamic Country Managers in Bangladesh, Nepal, India, and Pakistan to lead recruitment and business operations. You will represent Vive Education Group locally, managing partnerships, sub-agents, and enrolments across the UK, Australia, Canada, USA, New Zealand, and other destinations.

This leadership opportunity offers direct collaboration with our London HQ, access to advanced AI systems, and the chance to grow within the first AI-powered education brand headquartered in the UK.

Key Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of experience in international student recruitment (UK/AUS/CAN/USA/NZ).
  • Strong agent network and proven student recruitment track record.
  • Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
  • Degree in Business, Marketing, or Education (Master’s preferred).
  • Understanding of UKVI / DHA / IRCC / SEVP compliance.
  • Ambitious, tech-savvy, and results-driven professional.
