pathway, and pre-university programmes.
Where the student is under 18 years old:
We require consent from a parent, legal guardian, or authorised sponsor before processing personal data.
We collect only information necessary for educational placement and visa compliance.
Communication relating to applications may also be sent to the parent/guardian.
We do not use minors’ data for direct marketing without verified parental consent.
We apply enhanced safeguarding controls when handling minor applicants’ documentation.
If we become aware that data has been provided without appropriate parental consent, we will suspend processing until consent is verified or delete the data.
